Our Staff

· All our staff are fully trained and undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check before working out in the community.

· New staff undergo a 2-3 week induction course which includes first aid, moving & handling and personal care training.

· Additional training is ongoing which includes updates on courses already received and Speakers/Trainers attending Staff Meetings for training in specific areas eg Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis.

· The majority of staff have completed or are in the process of completing their NVQ Level II and a number of staff are currently working towards their NVQ Level III.

· Staff receive regular supervisions and an annual appraisal.
